Scruffy Getting By

Scruffy was dumped by the boat ramp on Ediz Hook,
a place where low life people get rid of unwanted cats.
Looks like he has been here for awhile but some kind person
has been putting out fresh water and food for the abandoned cats.
Where would we be without kind people?

Doesn't look happy, but a good portrait. Sad to hear people abandon cats. We just adopted a cat from a shelter a few months ago.

Sad ! It's come to my attention that old/sick people get dumped into nursing homes to be forgotten - luckily there are kind people there too !!
