De vloer van het bergportaal is in april 1887 en het is het enige echt nieuwe element in dit portaal.
De vloer heeft tegels in de vorm van een doolhof, welk in het middelpunt, het heilige Jeruzalem uitkomt.
In de vier hoeken van die doolhof liggen Aken, Rome, Constantinopel en Keulen. Maar het doolhof begint in
de stad van Sint Servatius!


The floor of the mountain portal is in April 1887 and it is the only really new element in this portal.
The floor has tiles in the shape of a maze, which ends in the center of the holy Jerusalem.
In the four corners of that maze are Aachen, Rome, Constantinople and Cologne. But the maze starts in
the city of St. Servatius!
