One of the things I have looked forward to when going to Speed Week at Bonneville was going to the Salt Flats Cafe. It is a delightful little family owned Mexican restaurant that has wonderful food and atmosphere. It is, unfortunately, not a great place to socially distance. I hope they are doing ok. They are right on the border of Utah and Nevada.
