During these seven months of isolation, we have developed a schedule that is very nice. I go play at the airport Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday. Friday and Sunday we spend the day hanging out together which is a great joy. On both days we plan a meal that is special. Mostly we pick what sounds good and don't worry about what is supposed to be served with what. Today was like that. Ginny made an excellent chicken piccata (Italian). I made green beans almondine (French) and bacon wrapped stuffed jalapenos (US Southwest.) It was excellent. The other good thing about it is that all three make great leftovers.
