The "Coming" was: "Coming into our yard".
The "Going" was, uh, what it looks like.

COVID News
We made it through a second Friday night without any big neighborhood parties. That was yesterday.
However, tonight is Saturday & one of the neighbors is having a weekend party.
No matter how much the health experts warn against it, people seem to continue to come together in large, unmasked groups during a pandemic. Sadly, many are sharing more than just "good times". Our zip code has one of the highest COVID rates in this part of the State. Our state has one of the highest new COVID rates in the country and is continuing to rise.

I'll just repeat what I said with yesterday's photo.
Most of the deer that pass through our yard - to get to the food that our next door neighbor puts out twice a day - have now gotten into the habit of regularly pooping and peeing in our yard. I could do a large photo gallery with the theme of pooping and peeing deer!!! Wish I didn’t have this ability to say that. This all is new in 2020.
The deer are now also coming closer and closer to our house. This one was within a few feet of the deck where I was standing. Where I yelled at her to knock it off, she just looked at me. Then, her nearby, nonplussed fawn pooped. Empty of what was weighting them down, they continued on. After dining in the neighbors' yard, they came back into our yard about an hour later. More poop and pee in our yard. Geesh!!!
To add insult to injury, the doe then started to eat our crab apple trees. The trees; not just the ornamental fruit. Historically, other deer (in years past) have never eaten anything more than the ripe crab apples that have fallen on the ground from our lone fruiting crab apple tree.
Before this year, we also have seldom had more than one family group pass through the yard in an entire week or more. Not a couple of dozen or more deer a day! In the past, deer also have never come as close as this new group does. Nor did previous deer poop & pee everywhere. In the Summer of 2020, thanks to our neighbors, we definitely now have a deer problem. This is on top of the hawk problem that also originated from next door...
