T - on shots like this, where I have taken a lot of photos (50?) with variations of light, aperture, etc, I choose my "best one" for an entry. I then rate the others. I will keep the best ones with varying parameters, say f/2.8, f/5, f/13, or angles. Usually I end up with a set of 4-10 which I keep. I then toss the rest. As for the eating - sprouts like this are great on salads. I can get these at my local grocery stores - Safeway, Fry's, and Sprouts (bills themselves as a Farmer's market). Jim

Popular no doubt in the Asian culture. I know there are plenty of daily markets in the LA area, which market do you go to to buy your produce for consumption and photo ops. Paul

When you've taken 20 shots of this in RAW, inside and outside with natural light, with and without bounce flash...what do you do with the rest of them that you don't use? Keep a few maybe? Or toss them all? Traveller PS Thiese are radish Sprouts, I saw them for sale in the store and thought I could do something with this...lol (PPS I don't really know how to eat them).
