Dude; the painting is BEHIND you. It's small enough already; you aren't going to be able to make out a lot of detail on a screen the size of your phone.
I'll bet that was on Instagram within 2 minutes. I suppose that allows our selfie-grammer here to tick this off his bucket list, though I noticed that he didn't seem to turn around and look at the painting itself. (Or at least I didn't see him do it, but to be fair he may have while I was looking at it myself. But since he was right next to me I probably would have noticed.)
Hey, I just realised where the enigmatic smile comes from! She can see into the future, and can see everyone doing their Selfie-Gram portraits in pursuit of The Perfect Lifestyle Of An Influencer. If I was seeing something similar looking out from a 500 year old portrait of myself painted for my spouse, I'd probably have the same "You've GOT to be kidding me!" smile on my face too.
Addendum: My personal opinion is that Facebook is a sociopathic organisation that steals other peoples' intellectual property (including the images in this gallery) despite being explicitly denied permission to do so.
