The Happy Electrical Cabinets project is implemented jointly by schoolchildren and professional artists.
The aim of the project is to bring happy street art to the streets of Tampere and enliven everyday environments.
Elliina Peltoniemi was just finishing this
beautiful crown pigeon in an electrical cabinet on the street of Härmälä.
There will be all together 80 different pieces of street art around the city of Tampere.
