40 miles of running this week. It's been eight years since I've been able to log that many miles in a week. Since 2012 when I ran my last marathon. Since then it's been injury, heal, run, injury, stop, heal, run, injury ect ect... for eight years the most I have been able to run in a week without getting injured again was 15 maybe 20 miles. Numerous times I said I was done running altogether. Maybe I finally figured out the perfect combination of diet, training, and shoes, and running gate. Only time will tell.
