The Lagoon Nebula is a giant interstellar cloud in the constellation Sagittarius. It is classified as an emission nebula and as an H II region, with a magnitude of 5.8

This is a Tri-color Narrow Band Image using the Hubble color palette. Data was taken in June 2017, July 2019 & May 2020 from Lockwood Valley, California

Ha 330 minutes 1x binned, 15 & 20 min sub-exposures
OIII 480 minutes 1x binned, 20 min sub-exposures
SII 340 minutes 1x binned, 20 min sub-exposures

Total Exposure Time = 19 hours 10 min
