The very red rose

Taken at a house around the corner. I talked to the owner last year, and he was very proud of his roses, but this was the only one I could find this year.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

So striking, the way this jumps out at you. Vivid red with the soft bokeh is very effective.
