verdancy

with many thriving plants (sedge and bogbean here) contributing to the verdancy of park and pond, taking photos came at a cost...here a clean pair of pale blue jeans was sacrificed for the shot, as getting down low meant getting dirty, sitting on the muddy bank...haven't we all been there though

Been there done that David...oh so many times but the washing machine does it’s job...at least we don’t have to go down the the river to wash our clothes...at last the leaves are on the trees looking more like Spring but almost down to freezing at night and cold rainy days...BV

Like the complexity and tones of this vegetation. You paid the price and got the shot.

As they say, getting there is half the journey; be it in the Nikonmobile or sitting in mud. The other half is a lush, green shot.

For this verdant image, all the mud is worth it. I like to come home muddy after being out with a camera.
