We like Asian style food, curries, Pad Thai and stir-fry. Probably a long way from authentic, but it is tasty and fun to make. Many times we buy packages of frozen stir fry vegetables for these dishes. The problem is that the vegetables end up very mushy. So we decided enough of the frozen vegetables. We started with fresh vegetables and boy what a difference. So today I made a pork stir fry with broccoli, red bell pepper, onions, carrots and water chestnuts. That gave the dish nice, bright colors. I finished it off with some toasted sesame seeds and coarse chopped green onions. Add a little rice and you have yourself a feast. Also great leftovers. Life is good.
