This posting isn't about politics, it is about what is happening to the citizens of Texas. Our governor, Greg Abbott, announced the start of Phase 1 recovery from the coronavirus order he initiated at the outset of things. Like most of the country, Texans have been subjected to limits of movement and limits on business. Starting Thursday, restaurants, theaters and malls may reopen but at 25% capacity. Barber shops, gyms, and nail salons are still closed. It is a start and I am curious to see what happens.
