2 black plums, sliced thin
1 tbsp cornstarch
4 packets equal sugar substitute
Mix that up
Put it on a store bought pie crust (put some parchment paper under it)
Leave about 1.5 inches of the crust to fold over and pleat
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes
Take it out and brush the folded edges with milk and sprinkle with equal
Bake another 2-7 minutes (til filling bubbles)
