Globalgadabout's recent photo of a closed barber shop got me thinking about the
male hair maintenance issue during the pandemic. Basically there are three options.
(1) The Larry approach is obviously the easiest, and I believe Globalgadabout strongly
endorses it on aesthetic grounds. (2) For more button-down personality types -
like myself - the Moe approach is fairly simple, requiring only a bowl and a pair
of scissors. (3) The Curley approach is the most challenging, as it requires a sharp
razor and a steady hand. If you have never shaved your pate before I strongly
recommend you first practise on a coconut.

So good luck with your hairdos boys. And for all you follically challenged fellows
out there - now is the time to consider yourself lucky!

LOL, great analysis of the hirsute challenges facing us blokes during this difficult and challenging times :o)

I’d choose curly.

I'm starting to look like Larry. Curly doesn't have to be a clean shave. You could go for more of a GI look.

Superb image and commentary ! Of course I'm going with Larry look... Sooner or later I will be like John Lennon on the sleeve album "Abbey Road" ! V.

As a child my father cut my hair. So I have lots of experience with the Moe cut. I never want to go back to that. :) V

Too late here; the barber shops are now closed so what you had is what you're stuck with. In my case, given my hair growth rate, it won't be Larry by the end of this business (or maybe by next week)... it'll be Tarzan.

I am tempted to try Larry on one side, and Curley on the other. For some variety. But no self portraits...

Not sure yet which option I'll choose - I'm trying to think but nothing happens! Nyuck...

I love this! I'm going with the Larry look!

The Larry approach is Fine with me. :)

What a great picture and commentary. To be honest, I hadn't really thought about the inability of men to get haircuts, probably because I only get my own hair cut infrequently.

:-)) What a cool shot and commentary, not to mention hiliarious memories from the past of these three. V

Larry wins - by genetics. Great memory to have a smile in these time.

Larry is the perfect model, and standard, for sure...Moe hardly bowls one over, and the ironically named Curley reminds too much of WW1 GIs fighting head-lice in the trenches..

very nice image and comment.

I am definitely going to go with the Larry approach. I like your analysis though.
