Life: Spring 2020

Normally in Springtime, I go out to view flowers in bloom across the Metro.
Plus around the state. Sometimes, even in different places in the world.

Springtime is normally a time to get outside; go places; get together with friends.
Normally, Springtime is time to come out of Winter hibernation & NOT just stay at home.

However, this Spring we are living in anything but "normal" times.

In the distance, the Forsythia seem to finally be in bloom. They are the first Spring Flowers that I've seen this year. However, I needed a telephoto lens (and look through tree branches) to be able to spot them in a neighbors' yard.
Sadly, this view is now pretty much my view of the "outside world".

However, other neighbors seem to have had some sort of a party two days ago with over a dozen cars together in their driveway. The Metro has a "stay-at-home" order, but not everyone abides by it. Today, two different, unfamiliar cars were again in that same driveway. Before becoming housebound, I seldom noticed who came & went around the neighborhood. Now if you go outside, you can't help but notice.
