It seems like the right time for comfort food and Sticky Date Pudding is exactly that...unfortunately it was so hot it melted the cream

It's our granddaughters 14th birthday today and we had to be satisfied with FaceTime since we are keeping ourselves in isolation as much as we can to hopefully avoid the dreadful pandemic that is taking so many lives.
