Today I cooked one of those corned beef briskets you get in the sealed package. I looked into making my own corned beef, but it is a real hassle so I decided to leave it to the pros. Our intention was to make Reuben sandwiches on our panini press. I made some home made 1000 Island dressing that was very tasty. So we constructed our sandwiches and cooked them up. Very yummy. The excitement never ends at our place.
