Shorts SD-360 engine start-up & construction of a new terminal in background

Zamboanga, Philippines

Philippine Airlines. Zamboanga to Dipolog (ZAM-DPL).
In command was Capt. Enriquez & assisted at the controls by First Officer Payumo.
Flight Attendants were Emmy & Sabbie.
Forty (40) minute flight. Took off at 2:45PM. Landed at 3:25PM

Hi Michael, it was under construction in 1992 and I guess finished a year or so later.
