Yesterday when it was snowing and blowing a gale I put extra seed on the porch beside
the patio door. As it's under the eaves it was a busy place all day. This last year's
youngster is still looking a bit blotchy and doesn't seem to have the full mature colouring
or maybe it's just because he's wet from the snow.



The female looks a bit wet too.
