The name says it all... the buds open firstly in a sulphur yellow colour and gradually
change to this rich pink. A very pretty shrub rose that can have all these colours
floating over the bush looking much like a flock of butterflies. The shrub can
reach a considerable size if its growing in ideal conditions. Mine is recovering
from a very severe prune, I thought we'd lose it, but it is struggling on and should
improve in a year or two. Turned out to be an irrigation outlet that had got blocked
was the problem.
