The main picture is of a "found" rose in a cemetery and was named after the
nearest grave stone - Octavus Weld. An easy to grow rose of slightly taller
than average growing bush rose with plenty of blooms throughout the season.
The other oldie is a fully opened White Maman Cochet and the modern rose is Deane Ross, named
after a rosarian who re introduced many old roses to the Australia rose growers.
He died in the 1990's and his family named this rose ofter Deane, being in
the old style that he loved so much.
