A Noisy Miner (Manorina melanocephala). Noisy Miners are nectar eaters.
They mob other bird species and drive them out of their territory.
This season they seem to have driven off the Red Wattle birds (Anthochaera carunculata)
that used to feed on my agapanthus flowers.
I'm not too pleased about it. We probably need more falcons...
