So, I got this adorable little copper pan from Aldi and
it is just the perfect size for an individual serving and makes me feel special!
It holds less pasta (or whatever) than my traditional pasta bowl would hold,
and I can put it in the oven or under the broiler if need be.
I only bought one to try and I love it!
This was a concoction I made with whole wheat pasta and some alfredo sauce and cooked green peas
and a saute of onions, orange mini peppers and halved cherry tomatoes, topped with toasted panko crumbs.
It was easy and delicious and a good way to use up bits and pieces of leftover veggies.
