Happy New Year to You!

This little celebrant was having a grand time in Novato at the city's annual rubber ball drop.
The Fire Department used three cherry-pickers to drop little (about 1" diameter) colorful rubber
balls for three age groups of children, with safety well considered and observed of course.

I decided to turn this into a Happy New Year card.
(He was standing in front of one of the cherry-pickers and the original background was busy and unappealing.)

Happy New Year to you and Paul! I had foot surgery at 6:30am on the 31st. Was home by 10:00am and napped most of the day. I had to wake Brenda up at 11:58pm to "celebrate" the new decade! ;-)
