I often eat pomme frites first because they're so much better hot. I left a couple of morsels because I didn't want to stuff myself.
'Twasn't really composed. Just sorta happened. Blame the light on the restaurant. The better to 1) set the mood, 2) see the TV, and 3) enjoy the view outside.
