I decided today to give the rear bumper bracket bolts a go.
The new bumper was ordered this summer and I had been spraying
the bolts with Seafoam Deep Creep for five months.
You can see the "wet oily" look on the frame and such.
So it pays to have tons if not months of patience as all four bolts came
loose with little to no effort!!!! I'm highly optimistic on the other four bolts on the other side.
The Nova will have it's new rear bumper installed in the spring.
I have found that if you can wait not hours but weeks or even months
for penetrating oil to work it's way in you stand a better chance of getting
these old parts off. I will clean all this up and make it look as new as possible.
