We still have a few roses in flower, but not many. I have been busy dead-heading all
the bushes, a waste of time forcing them into flowering when the temperatures are in the
high 30's to mid 40's, they just crumple up and fry in the heat, or are forced to open
early. We'll let the bushes have a rest and bring them back into life in about
February-March.
This group is as follows, Eyes for You, Woburn Abbey, Athena, Lavender Dream, Jacqueline Nebout & Calibrachoa.,
the last one not being a rose, but a hanging basket in the rose garden. Woburn Abbey is the yellow rose...I took the photo 2 days ago, and this rose
has now deepened on the edges to a rustic orange.
