Liveable I suppose if the roof doesn't leak !! A peek inside would be interesting !! I'm guessing winter isn't a factor here. V

Time to tear this one down, in spite of it still being in use by?????, perhaps some homeless

I believe also that it was lived in. The stucco looked terrible but is cosmetic. The structure seemed sound.The detail in the troweling of the stucco stands out well."VV"
