What does it take to convince this bird to head south? I was so surprised to see it still here with the snow.

Wow, Linda. I don't think I've ever seen one of these with snow on the ground. Great shot of it in this snow background setting. I got some shots of it a couple of weeks ago, when it was still plus ten.
