This is called the Heart Nebula. Roughly centered is a asymetrical heart shape. At the bottom is a brighter section called the Fishhead Nebula.

7500 light years from Earth, located in the Perseus Arm of our Galaxy in the constellation Cassiopeia.
It is an emission nebula with glowing ionized hydrogen gas and dark dust lanes.
The nebula's red output is created by the radiation emanating from a small group of stars near the center.
A feature know as an open star cluster, it's called Melotte 15, has a few bright stars almost 50 times the mass of our Sun, and many more dimmer stars.
DSS stacked 133 60 second subs @f5 and ISO400. 35 dark, 79 flat, and 74 bias frames.
