Not my finest photo, but it shows what Hope Dealers does. "Pebbles" (I was asked not to photograph her face) is a homeless woman living behind an abandoned house in Rochester. Hope Dealers regularly provides her with food. We are picking up needles where she lives. The orange objects are discarded needle caps.
