I also feel both have good merit. If the pink container were missing, I would prefer the B/W - but that pink one stands out so nicely, the color is my preference.

I agree with Ruth, B & W seems more industrial and business like.

I like both versions, Ed (the colours are nice), but maybe B&W is more appropriate for an industrial scene.
