Autumn blues

My agapanthus was very late flowering this year.
Even though this photo was taken a few weeks ago,
it's still in bloom, adding welcome colour to the autumn garden

Agapanthus! (A.k.a. Lily of the Nile.) Thank you. I know I have shots of these somewhere in my own galleries but I could not for the life of me remember the name until I saw the caption. The ones down here seem more inclined to bloom in summer rather than autumn. And unfortunately, in my best Jon Snow voice... "Summer is coming."
