Day 16 September 8

This morning we went to Church at our usual spot. The mass was over in 55 minutes. My kind of service! We went back to the hotel and changed clothes and packaged some birthday presents for Robert. Also some treats for the kids. Peyton was off with his mom to CCE so we hung out with Rob and Kensie then headed to Roswell to meet up with Laura and Peyton for a nice lunch. We walked around Roswell for a little while and ended up having a stop at Vintage Frozen Custard for some refreshment.

Back at the house we got a photo with the grandkids, something that is really important to Ginny (and to me). That is today's photo. In the late afternoon we walked over to the elementary school to play basketball, play on the big toy and have a game of four square. It was pretty hot and we were pretty worn out by the time we got back to the house. Laura's Apple Watch told us it was a two mile round trip. It was getting late and the kids needed showers, so we said our good byes and headed back to the hotel. It was a terrific visit. It is always a terrific visit with the kids and grandkids. Life is good!
