Put in In Blender:
1 cup unsalted cashews
2 cups water or Milk Substitute (Almond Milk, Coconut Milk)
Bell Pepper
2 TBSP Nutritional Yeast
A little Salt
Pour blender contents into Crock Pot. Add
2 Large Sliced Potatoes and
1 Medium Sliced Sweet Potato
1/2 Cup Salsa
Chives
Parsley
Basil
Garlic
1/2 large Sliced onion
1 can of peas (Rinsed)
1 can corn (Rinsed)
1/2 Red Bell Pepper Sliced
Several Sliced Cap Mushrooms
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or until potatoes are tender.
