I just finished watching POSTCARDS FROM THE EDGE. I was excited to see my old friend René and to discover this memorial gallery in a Google Search. I have yet to look at the images, but want to share that Rene was a major influence in my life from my LA days circa 1975 thru 1980. I considered myself (and was considered) a close friend of the family. I am a photographer and have ton's of personal and intimate shots of Rene, Carol, Jamine and extended family members from our many outings, play, and social interactions.
