September 2019: This is the same everyday Lowepro Format BP 150 backpack as in the previous image but updated with some different equipment for my Sony a7RII.

And it's very small at 5.5” thick x 9.5”x12” exterior size and 8 lbs.
In real world usage its always less that that because the camera and one lens (usually about 3 lbs) are not in the backpack while I'm walking around.

The camera neck-strap can be seen trailing off to the right holding an extra battery and SD card.
There's also a set of extension tubes upper left in plastic w/ a USB charger+cable and a 3rd battery tucked beside the 50mm lens.
