I think Guest has a point...I myself was wondering why this was riding so high in the water....but they do ship cargo containers back empty also, so I just don't know. As to Jim's question, I was in the Los Angeles Harbor for Fleet Week and this was taken from the Mid-Bridge, the most protected Bridge, btw, of the USS Iowa. Best Wishes, Traveller
