End of the Day

Bar Harbor, Maine

Shot on a cloudy evening after the time of sunset, I benefitted from the diffused light. Used my trusty beanbag for stability. This from our hotel on West Street, which is also on the east side of the village center of Bar Harbor. (You have to know Maine to understand how typical this is>)

So much life and different forms of light....and reflections.
This photograph has everything!

Dear Michael,
What a wonderful photograph! You have captured the soft pink from the fading sunset contrasted with the bright of the various forms of artificial light . The vibrancy of the red umbrellas and upturned canoes for drama. This scene is very reminiscent of The Hawkesbury River, an hour north of Sydney, close to where I live.
I love it.
Great work....again.

This is really nice, Michael! I love the blue overtones - such a perfect time of the day to capture this scene. Beautiful!
