In July, friendly 11 month-old, 48 pound male Lab mix. Baxter was found with his brother, sleeping under an abandoned house, with no food or water. Neighbors were throwing rocks at them to keep them out of their yards. The dogs were eventually taken to a high kill shelter where Baxter's brother was quickly adopted.
