with its vaulting sails Canada Place has become an iconic symbol of Vancouver's waterfront since construction was completed in 1986

the blue sculpture to the left is known as 'The Drop', and refers to the amount of rain the city experiences

At first I thought this was an image of Denver's airport from a very different angle. Wonderful image and something I will have to see when I make it up there. ~BV~

I missed this one in these days where I am most often outside to enjoy Brittany in Summer... :) Wonderful light and POV.
At the first glance I though it was some Far East Asia temples and that you were flying far away from Canada. BV.

This reminds me of how long it's been since I was in Vancouver.I was there during the moon landing in 1969 and turned 33 that day. So I definitely remember that time, and I have been there few times since. I Wouldn't recognize the city.
