I have been assessed this morning with a frozen shoulder.
I have been given some exercises and been put on a waiting list to have treatment done but it take some weeks as the waiting list is long.
The exercises they gave me are simple ones to be getting on with and have told me it could take 12 to 18 months to heal properly!!
If the exercises don’t work that I will have to have injections which are very painful. I have had one before when I had tennis elbow in the same arm.

Beautiful image with great depth.
Hope the shoulder rights itself, is it not possible to have some physio in the meantime?

Beautiful image with these colors and clarity. "V"
I had a frozen shoulder cured by acupuncture. It only took three or four treatments. No injections or exercise. I would consider that alternative. 12-18 months sounds like much too long to heal. Best of luck!
