The little blue and white sign advertises this as a casa particular, the kind of places we stayed at, with a balcony with an ocean view. This a block or so from the ocean. Even though the outdoor plaster is a bit aged, I would be willing to bet this would have been a nice place to stay. They are mostly in better condition on the inside.
