I asked this man's permission to take a photo of his hands while he is shooting heroin into his neck. Hope Dealers ran into him while doing a cleanup on Thursday 7/11/19. We cleaned up 409 needles that day and over 22,000 this year so far. We keep count at every cleanup. We also passed out food, Narcan, and safe sex kits.
