An antique 19th Century or earlier tsakli painting, depicting the central image from a 'black thangka' which depicts only the attributes of the extremely wrathful deities - not their bodily forms. In this tsakli, only the skull diadem, bone bracelets, anklets, earrings, dharma wheel-centred pectoral necklace, dhoti, celestial scarf and khatvanga are displayed. Extremely wrathful deities such as would wear these attributes are only displayed openly within the protective deity chapels of the goong kang. One line of text and 1 syllable to the reverse.
