A trip to the county fair presents a great opportunity for environmental portraits of the folks that work there. I was walking through the food section and casually went up to this booth to get a shot of the food in preparation. I was anticipating including the cook to provide context when suddenly, without asking, he busted out this neat pose. Fortunately I was ready and was able to squeeze off a quick shot. I thanked him with a big thumbs up as I left.
