Over looking the North Saskatchewan River.

There was once an abandoned bridge abutment here. Young people would wander out on to it. It was very dangerous. The City was unable to put a stop to the practice.Then they discovered it would be less costly to build this viewing platform than to remove the abutment.

Now it is very popular with people of all ages.
