Can Tire is Canada's version of Target in the States. Target tried to implant itself in Canada but bailed out in about on year!

I have lived in Alberta since 1952 and the past five years have been like none other for smoke. This is the new normal. Not matter your opinion as to why,the climate has definitely changed. V
